QCI
is an autonomous body set up with joint initiative of Government of India and
industry associations to establish& operate national accreditation
structure for Conformity Assessment Bodies. There is a vacancy for Chief
Executive Officer (CEO) for National Accreditation Board for Hospitals &
Healthcare (NABH).
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree
in Medicine (MBBS), BDS/BAMS or MBA/MHA or PG degree in any Science related
subject.
Desirable
Qualifications:
MD/MS
in any of the medical specialty, Ph.D. in subject relevant to medical
discipline.
Essential Experience:
Minimum 20 years' experience after acquiring essential qualification of which at least 10 years should be related to having worked in hospitall healthcare organization.
Age
Limit : Around 50-years, relaxable in exceptional cases.
Desirable Experience:
Proven
track record in administration and leadership position, Good communication
skills, Clear understanding of Quality issues in Health Care and Quality
Management Systems, Basic Knowledge of IT and Word Processing, Good knowledge
of systems management, various standards of NABH, their implementation and
assessment procedures, Good knowledge of Human Resource management practices.
Pay scale:
The
emoluments will be commensurate with qualification and experience and would be
in the range of Rs. 24 Lakhs on Cost to Company (CTC) basis.
